Horn the Trojan Unicorn
Horn is what is called a lark. A lark as defined by the Oxford English dictionary is Something done for fun, especially something mischievous or daring; an amusing adventure or escapade. Simultaneously it’s also quite serious. I love mashing up the concepts of Unicorns, which is all fantasy and whimsy and the Trojan Horse which is all about treachery and deceit. The two concepts remind me of the battlefield of appreciating, comprehending and explaining the concept of art and the environment and community not to mention the economics that has sprung up around it. Art as explained by our friends in Oxford is The expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power. Nowadays in our post-Duchampian dystopia for better or worse it seems anything and everything goes. Horn the Trojan Unicorn tries to address that subject a bit.
